Question 1

What is the minimum order for glow in the dark cups?

Accepted Answer

The minimum depends on the model, material and decoration. Send the model reference and quantity and we confirm the actual minimum for that configuration — we do not quote a single blanket number.

Question 2

Can I get a sample of glow in the dark cups before ordering?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Samples are prepared with your artwork where the decoration allows, so you can check the print position, colour and surface before bulk production.

Question 3

Which logo methods work on glow in the dark cups?

Accepted Answer

Screen printing and UV printing are the standard methods for plastic and Tritan; pad printing is used for curved silicone parts. Laser marking is available on metal components — plastic surfaces are marked, not engraved. We confirm the method against your artwork.

Question 4

How long does production take?

Accepted Answer

Lead time is confirmed after the model, quantity, artwork and sample approval are fixed. Rush schedules are discussed per project rather than promised in advance.

Question 5

Are glow in the dark cups dishwasher safe and food-contact compliant?

Accepted Answer

Washing limits and food-contact documentation are model-specific. Request the documentation for the exact reference you plan to order before confirming the specification.
