THE WHOLE LENGTH OF A PROJECT

Three stages, one team.

A drinkware order is not a single transaction. It starts with a conversation about use and quantity, moves through tooling, moulding and decoration, and ends with goods that either match the brief or do not. All three stages stay with the same team, so nothing is translated second-hand.

01

Pre-sales

Style, quantity and selling scenario are fixed before anything is priced.

02

In-sales

Production, decoration and packing are confirmed while the order runs.

03

After-sales

Tracking, delivery confirmation, and a follow-up once the goods land.

01 / PRE-SALES SERVICE

Before the quote, the brief becomes specific.

What we ask first

A usable quotation needs more than a product name.

  • The style you have in mind — or the use case, if no model is chosen yet
  • Quantity per design, and whether this is a promotional event order or a regular retail order
  • The selling scenario: giveaway, hospitality service or resale, because it changes the specification
  • Destination country, and the date the goods have to be in hand

What you receive

Everything needed to compare, not just a unit price.

  • A recommendation matched to the brief instead of a catalogue dump
  • A quotation broken down by specification and quantity, with the price basis explained
  • Freight through your China forwarder if you have one, or quoted by our logistics partners against your delivery address
  • One document holding product cost, freight, lead time, payment terms and the after-sales terms, agreed before the order is placed

Promotional procurement and regular retail procurement are quoted differently. Tell us which one you are buying for, and the specification follows from that answer.

02 / IN-SALES SERVICE

While the order runs, you can see it running.

01

Production starts

Production and packing are scheduled as soon as the order is confirmed and payment has cleared.

02

Pre-production confirmation

For custom or logo-printed work, artwork, colour and placement are confirmed with you before the mould or the press starts.

03

Photos and video

We photograph and film the run and the finished goods, and send them for your approval. Changes are welcome while the schedule still allows them.

04

Packing and dispatch

Packing is checked, the delivery address is confirmed again, and the goods leave on the agreed date.

Nothing is decorated on an assumption. If the artwork is ambiguous, production waits for your reply instead of guessing at it.

03 / AFTER-SALES SERVICE

After the goods leave.

In transit

The shipment is not finished until it is in your warehouse.

  • Shipment tracking, shared as the goods move
  • One contact who can say where the order is and what happens next

On arrival

Checked against the specification you approved.

  • A follow-up to confirm the order arrived complete
  • A satisfaction check, with shortage, damage or a specification gap handled as a claim rather than a conversation
  • Replacement or correction arranged by the same team that ran the order

BUYER QUESTIONS

Service questions, answered.

Do I need a model picked before enquiring?

No. Describe the use, the quantity, the artwork situation and the arrival date. We will suggest models that fit and price them against your quantity.

Can you work with my forwarder in China?

Yes. If you have a forwarder, we coordinate with them on the freight estimate and hand the goods over on your instructions. If you do not, we quote through our logistics partners against your delivery address.

Will I see the goods before they ship?

Yes. Photos and video of the production run and the finished goods are sent for approval. On logo-printed orders, the artwork is confirmed before the press starts.

What happens if something is wrong on arrival?

Send photos and the packing details. Shortages, damage and specification gaps are reviewed against the approved sample and specification, then corrected by the same team that ran the order.

Is the service different for 500 pieces and 3,000 pieces?

The stages are the same. What changes is the tooling decision: 3,000 pieces may justify a new mould, while 500 pieces usually runs on an existing mould with printed or colour customization.

NEXT STEP

Put the project in front of the team that will run it.

Send the model or the idea, the quantity, the artwork and the arrival date. Specification, cost and schedule come back in one reply.
